It appears you missed the warlock recruitment sticky, which explains how to write your application, and whether raider recruitment is open or closed. As far as I'm aware 'Lock recruitment is closed right now though.

On a sidenote, BE males are pretty gay! They're not quite as bad as NE males I think though.
