Personal Info:
My name is Theo ,i am 23 years old and almost finished my studies at Economics
here in Greece.Currently i am working at our store(a big toy store where you can find everything that you want for your child :) ),so you know its family business.
Spec:
My main spec is restoration and i HEAL since i start my raiding career.My 2nd spec is
elemental but i dont think that i enjoy it so much as resto.So,i prefer to be restoration most and sometimes if a situtation needs then i could be elemental too.
Class:
As i read in some articles,best attributes for shammies are intelect>spirit>haste or mastery > crit.For me,as a TBC/WOTLK raider i was "haste" fan so i give more priority to that than mastery.Also,lesser healing dont exist no more so chain+healing rain are most useful spelll these days(ES still remain first priorty to be active on MT).
Alts:
My alt is Starfallin,a lovely blodd elf shadow priest.I play only as shadow because i really dont like to heal as priest .. so i never put some effort to holy spec.As Starfalling i cleared WoTLK with Callous.
Professions:
Enchanting and Enginering are my professions.About enginering,i think that it has very useful enchants and as "haste" fan i really enjoy it.Sometimes i was thinking to change my enchanting profession but ... i really dont know,for now +80 int on my rings is good.
Raid Experience & Previous guilds:
First of all,i start my raiding career at TBC.I was a member of Inflames and
Cold Blooded where i cleared TBC(except SWP).Cold Blooded quit WoW and top players from Inflames changed server so we stopped raiding.Then,i wanted to make a big step and i made an application to Reign(Top #1 Quel'Thalas Top #200 EU).As Reign member i cleared(TBC/SWP except Kil'Jaeden).I didnt kill him because i quit WoW due to my University exams and i start to play again when ICC was LIVE.Then,i was member of Reign again but as friend of family guy.I raid with Covenant(QuelThalas) and cleared WoTLK(but not whole contest on heroic mode).Covenant lost a lot of members so i stopped raiding again and i couldnt find a spot on Reign but only as F&F member.I quit wow 1 more time due to my (last) university exams and i start to play Cata before 1 month.I migrate my character back to Dunemaul because all my RL friends are here(3 of them are IE members now,Hitnrun gave me a scroll of ressurection).
Availability:
I really dont have any problem about date/time because i dont have a standard schedule about my work.As i said,we have a family business so you know,we talk and organize our schedule.
Communication:
I am a ventrilo/ts user before WoW as i was a professional CS 1.6 players,so Ventrilo/TS are MUST.
Addons/UI:
I used to raid with Grid+Clique as my main addons so most of my bindings
are on my mouse.Secondly addons are DBM,recount and elementalist when i play as elemental.
Other Games:
As i said i was a proffesional player in CS 1.6 scene and participated in many (big)
LAN events (WCG,ESWC,CPL) and some online like ESL/Uyr Tournemtn(Qnet) if you know that.
Why Iron Edge?
As you know,3 of my irl friends are already IE members and 3 others are gonna apply with me so this is my main reason.About IE as guild,i had made an application before 2 years so i think that i know what IE means as guild.So i think that if you got a friendly environment where you can progress with it,then its the best.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
I am friendly(awesome sometimes :p) guy who prefer to progress with a "team" than alone.So,mainly i focus on that.
Where did I hear about Iron Edge??
As Dunemauler,IE is the first word that you see/learn.

AS I said in another post, I remember your name from IF (where I was an officer) but I dont remember if thats good or bad.
Your application looks good (alltough I cant inspect your armory from work) and you got sponsors within the guild. So thumbs up from me :)

I didnt raid so hard with inflames because we had that problem with vials at tbc.Then I tried to apply here but denied so I tried somewhere else with hitrun and we migrated together(me at reign quel uhalas and he at nigtmare genjuros.

some questionable choices in your gear, although you seem to know your stat priorities. i see alot of crit rating items you should be avoiding in future! and those items with crit you should reforge mate. ill tell you for free that the elemental tier gloves/ VP ones are much better than the resto tier ones ^^ also recommend you put power torrent on your weapon its far better than heartsong!

i agree with you about elemental tier gloves that is better than resto's tier but as you can see i dont have any other tier and i think that set-2 bonus is very useful so i didnt check that before.I mean that if i had my tier set bonus then obviously my priority would be that gloves(head piece with valor points too i think).
About my crit yes i agree with you again and i will reforge it to gain some mastery as i am too low on that stat(imo).
Also,i would love some advices from IE shammies because as you can see (and i dont want to tell you lies)i am bit newbie at Cataclysm so i get informations from articles(ej/mmo) and from some old guildies.

yeh mate well you know how it is nowadays, dont exactly get any free choice anymore there being set RIGHT and WRONG ways to gear rather than preference >< saying that we all want to optimise right?
we do have some free choice in haste or mastery though! i personally go only for the haste softcap (916) and stick the rest into mastery. if you want to go for a high haste build the next cap is 2005 rating for an extra tick and i would recommend you hit that then reforge to mastery beyond that ( if high haste is the way you wanna go)
