Holy Priest Application for A-Team
« on: November 29, 2010, 08:13:26 pm »
Personal Information

Hello IE,
I am Sarp and I am a 23 years old college student(civil engineering and hopefully my last year) and living in Turkey. I love science fiction books like wheel of time, lord of the rings, ravenloft etc. I just study in week and go out at weekends with my friends.

Character Information

Armory: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Dunemaul&cn=bigbi
I was playing shadow at the start of wotlk but they forced me to heal in raids because, priests can heal q.q Don't look at my gems and talent and reforging because I got bored from ICC raiding for doing it more then 6+ months and closed my account around 4.0 hits live I just tried some builds and left the game.
I have played as Holy and Disc in raids and disc in pvp. I love to playing with Holy spec but guild asked me to play as a shield slave so I went for disc. Got 3 more lvl 80's(dk,warr,huntard) and one pally in progress and had a rog that I gave it another friend because I hate to play as a rog. I don't think I will have a problem with my class because, I follow some forums, try to improve my self with every little change and I can take some trolling and criticism if it's going to improve me.

I love to pvp, got like 1800 arena matches mostly 2v2 because I had a weird liking in pri-rog setup but I hate to play a rog myself, never got a higher rating then 1800 because, we didn't care much about winning or losing we were just having fun. I like healing in BG's or in world pvp. If somebody ganks you just call me for help :) I will be there for sure. But, I don't think something will like that happens in dunemaul with our horde ally ratio.

Raiding

I can come to raids from monday to friday but I can't promise for saturdays and sundays. During week I can log in after my classes ends and I can stay till 2 am in game. If I can't log in to game for a raid I will notify an officer.

I did Naxx10-25 and got my the undying title with a pug before ulduar hits.
Also, ulduar10-25 some bosses toc10-25 normal modes icc10-25 12/12 on normal 11/12 on hc. also same 10 man hc/normal icc progress on my warrior tank alt.

Gaming and World Of Warcraft history

I met online games with Ragnarok Online. I started on a private server and went on private's for all my RO life. My nick was Bigbi and had a wizard played with the guild Black Rose Order. With that guild we played on alot of different servers (for somebody who played RO on private maybe knows me? :P). After RO, I played Ultima online, Counter strike and Soldat (got imba barettard skills) then started to play WoW.
I started with a mage lvled it to lvl 20 got bored from mana problems then dropped it, went on another server to open a warlock at there and didn't liked it too. so, after 2 toons and some wasted time my friend told me they need a priest so my journey started :) I start to lvl my priest at TBC got bored at lvl 68 and left the game for RO and my grades. Started again with the start of wotlk lvled my priest to 80 and started with naxx10. I still remember my first naxx as a healer although I was never healed something before that run we were able to finish the run(I still can't believe it today) a day later I can't remember anything about naxx but just other people's health bars. Running after the other 9 players doesn't knowing what is a tank and what is a dps guess my feelings after my first 10 man raid.

My first guild was ekstaz a friend was called me to join. I didn't know what a guild feels like in wow so I jumped in. Then, my friend left ekstaz for tyrants and I went to tyrants with him. After Tyrants disbanded I went to Disturbed and after disturbed disbanded went to Sanity and it disbanded! again I went to Veteran. Disband happens again(shocking isn't it?) I went to sleepwalkers(guess what happened?) then I went to non serviam. After 2 or 3 days later in a raid on a try at lanathel some rog asked what is DBM? so, I left the guild because I wanted to do some progress not boosting. After that I joined the Liberty as casual gave my self to a promise never going to raid again... one day they called me for a try at LK and guild got it's first Lk kill that day (as I got my first LK kill on 25 man) I started to raid with them with time our gleader made me raider officer and classleader with in time. But, more than a month ago I stopped playing wow. Now, I see they kicked me a week ago from the guild because, I got bored for doing the same content without giving a single try to LK25HM.

Why do you want to join Iron Edge?

Iron Edge got a history and looks solid and I am hoping it will stay for a long time, not like my old disbanded guilds and in my guilds with different nations in itself it is better than the one nation guilds. Also, got blankshot and stifrium in there as my old guildmates :)

What can I offer to Iron Edge?

As you can see in my guild history I had too many disbanded guilds and a kick and I want to play with a reliable guild that won't going to disband(I can only hope with my past :P). Also, I played RO and we had a guild that had a lot of different nations in it's organization never had any problems with them and we are still talking after 4-5 years. So, I can say I can offer Iron edge a willing and a social player.

Last words?

Hope you guys are not grammar nazi's  :D

lord of the rings

is not science fiction. Overall you seem like a nice turk, but it will be for others to decide your fate.
[21:03] <Globox> how mad are you on a scale from 1 to Idra Skymunken?

Hey!

Nice app. Good control of English. Did you read those books in English or Turkish? (Do they translate such books into Turkish?)

Usual questions -- where in Turkey? What's your connection line? Do you have mains electricity, or do you have a herd of goats that power your house with a treadmill?
Now I run a tech website.

OK, sounds good. We can trial you, but be aware that any kind of real trial might be hard for a few weeks. Poke an officer for an invite. Bumped your forum rank up to Friend, so you can see most threads.
Now I run a tech website.
