Started playing on level 60 on my hunter and 70 on my rogue, been playing and raiding for almost all raids then. Got title's like Kingslayer etc.

I would strongly suggest combat for raiding Dragon Soul, up to Madness HC.

For your gear, at first glance I see you're missing enchants, gems and you have 38 expertise! Reforge some of that expertise away!

I would suggest going to Elitist Jerks rogue forum and use Shadowcraft to optimize your gear.

Application is made a bit on hurry?! I play rogue since i started rogue and never changed that, so i can tell you that the best wow to do dps in Dragon soul is Combat on most fights and in 2 maybie 3 Subtlety pve. I see you are a bit undergeared but the main problem is that you have most of your gear unenchanted and your stats are the following. Hit raiting: too low, Expertise: too high, Haste: too low and Mastery: too high. Many of your stats are like that because your gear is low but with the proper reforge you can fix it a bit

P.S. Hurricane is not good to enchant your weapons. Try landslide
