I've some weird working schedule and I work mostly from home. After years I finally have found the time for myself during the evening and I want to get back on raiding with some other skilled players.
One month ago I finally found some time to attend a 2 days raid (only during daytime unfortunately) but playing during those weird hours forces you to have in raid whatever you find.

Class/Spec:

I've been mostly tanking this expansion and I've done "quite a few" myth+ mostly.
At the moment I'm sitting @ 54 ranks on tanking artifact and 52 on the dps one.
I played both and I feel comfortable in both roles.
Ilvl as tank:
902 for myth+
905 for bosses
6 legen without the shitty ones

Ilvl as dps:
896 for st and aoe
Only the belt, 2nd best.

Myth+ tanking resolves around dps and a few surv. Mostly going to balance those 2 things out. Currently going for mastery and crit/vers.

Boss tanking is somehow similar, depending if i want to use the 4 set bonus or not (only because I wasn't so lucky with hc drops and I prefer a +15 ilvl items instead of set bonus).
With/out the set, versatility-> mastery but with the set they've opposite order.

Tanking rotation is all about building with the spender, use the frontal cleave+heal when needed @ 30 or 60 "rage" and having active mitigation ready when needed.

Dps spec has some priority value to reach:
40% crit (with 4set bonus) or 50% w/out
10% haste
@ least 40% mastery
Currently having (4set, 41% crit, 10% haste, 45% mastery)

Rotation is all about using on cd some abilities and spamming the spender.

This will be a bit of a long part. Raid not listed, are meant as completed. I used to play all roles and changing it from expansions to expansions. I've started as an healer, then moved tanking, then dps, then healing again, then dps...and so on .

Played this expansion into an Arabic guild since it fit my working schedule and afternoon was amazing for raiding for me . Was a Pally healer with them.

EN - Didn't really raid this istance. Had some kill from time to time with some friends but I couldn't play during the evening

NH - 2/10 mythic - As mentioned before, I just started raiding 1 month ago into a daytime weekend guild and we're doing the best we can with the ppl currently online @ those hours.
I've seen all the videos and tactics for myth bosses but I only tried live the first 2.

Previous Guilds:

Imbalanced from vanilla to ICC.
Man, this is where all my good memories come from We were an hardcore guild in top 5 wordwide back in the days when Nihilum shined. We had a lot of issues from Vanillla to TBC because 10 persons of our raid moved into Kungen's playground and we diminished our results.
I had a lot of good time during those years and I still chat with some old online friends that I know from over 10 years now. An experience that everyone should try at least once !

I quit because work got me. A bad illness that affects us all QQ.

In Legion I went back playing casual, and only myth+, until 1 month ago into a guild based on Dentarg/Tarren Mill (Bad Omen). Some old people I knew from the vanilla were still playing there and I joined 'em.
One month ago a found a daytime guild on Kazzak who raids during weekend; Avail. Some people here are really nice guys, but we're struggling on finding the last persons to reach 20 player and going further with the Myth progression.
Since last week I finally don't have to write articles for the morning shift. I'll finally have some free evenings w/out working!!!
I'll probable still raid with them the during the weekend on one of my alt, but I want to find a proper raid already sorted where I can bring my experience and skill instead of "being happy" with what we've on the weekend raid.
The reason why I'm going to "leave" them is basially an hunger for progression .

Availability:

I don't have a working schedule, I've deadlines . This means that I can completely organize my hours of work and playing.
Daytime, mostly all days. I'm usually online while writing and can answer a message if we need to do something.

2x evenings that I can choose. Those will be the 2 days required to join your guild.

Why Iron Edge?

I'm looking forward to find a good raiding experience with some people to "add" to my online friends collection .
I want to feel the urge to progress, to wipe hours around harsh mechanics and bond with people who spills blood versus bosses.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

I'm a lootwhore who will whine and cry if I don't get loot. I'll ninja whatever I can and I'll be a real pain in the ass to the raid leader bringing stupid questions 24/7.

Hey Luca! Solid application! Some good m+ runs on wowprogress, mythic raiding is maybe a little bit scarce, but that can be hard to come by.

We just recruited another tank so I doubt that there's any opening there. For melee dps there might be a spot, Phoenixflame (the melee officer) will be the judge of that.

DPS is very competitive in mythic raiding NH, on many bosses now we're pushing it close to the enrage timer. The fact that you only have one DPS legendary is a bit of a drawback. Other than that your gear (and havoc AP) seems on par with the rest of us.

I gotta agree with Archz, nice application! Unfortunately we are currently full on tanks and aren't looking for any demon hunter dps either, so sadly I have to turn you down. Also apart from that, you raiding on an alt in another guild would be a deal breaker for us, just so you know. Nevertheless if you'd still want to join, feel free to keep an eye on our recruitment status in case that changes.
