I'm 31, live in Bucharest, Romania. Work in banking, studied foreign languages.

Class/Spec:

Definitely frost right now due to the items I got so far. Played arcane as well and it's really fun. Open to playing both. The one I'd like to stay away from is fire as it's the least changed in dragonflight and the least interesting to me right now.

Love playing mage because I like doing mechanics, for example I ran the orbs in Ghuun (yay gobbo jump). It's usually a hunter or a mage that you have IB or turtle to soak stuff. Now we have 60% DR from greater invis to ignore even more mechanics and keep dpsing! Blink through shit! It's the great.

Stat wise it's never been a priority ever since BFA imo. I sim to see what's good but they usually go up and down if you stack it too hard.
Right now it's mastery as a top stat (for both frost and arcane). Crit, 33.3% for frost and is great for arcane too. Followed by haste, cuz it just feels nice, despite versa being maybe better.

Frost is pretty straightforward. Never go over 1 stack of flurry and dump it with FB. If you're at 2 with orb up, flurry without FB so you don't munch it. Ice lance on proc, Orb on cd. The only diff between single target and aoe are 2 talents (more procs from FB changed to blizzard reduces frozen orb and frozen orb dmg and duration increase).

I'm still figuring arcane out. Trying out arcane familiar and mana gem. Radiant spark seems kinda clunky as you kinda wanna clearcast missiles into double nether precision blasts.

Raiding Experience:

In wrath we were pretty much newbies. Terrokar was a "fresh" realm back then and there were no veteran guilds. For myself it went from learning to raid to actually being good at it. Played mage, was a normie raider, cleared everything up to LK25HC. That one ended the guild We didn't have DPS for the valkyrs.

After the guild disbanded I searched for a more serious guild and found that in Solidarity. Still mage, normie raider and resident tactical clown, cracking stupid jokes whenever there was tension and having people unite in telling me to fuck off. Big tension reliever when you're raiding 5 days a week. Cleared everything quite fast.

BFA, came back after not playing WOD and Legion. Still, forever mage. Started off as normie raider but was made an officer just because I helped a lot with strats. Was just netdecking or asking friends from top guilds how they did things and adapting them to our own guild. The officer promotion was strictly to silence questionmarks as to why I was getting loot prio whenever possible. That's the only thing I did was an officer. Cleared Uldir and was at blockade mythic when I stopped playing.

Previous Guilds:

wrath - when I started, casual on Terrokar Alliance. Cleared everything up until ICC where guild disbanded.

cata - mop: Solidarity on Outland and then guild moved to Tarren Mill. Back in the no life days of non-adulthood. Cleared everything, 5 days a week getting realm firsts

We wanted to raid 2 days a week and that's what we agreed on when we xrealmed all our characters.
Then an optional day was added for hc. That day became optional for mythic afterwards. It then became mandatory with another 4th day becoming optional for HC.
That 4th optional day for selling HC became a couple of hours of mythic farm if HC went fast (it kinda did).
And that's when I quit.

Availability:

I work Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30 (GMT+2). I do tutoring and have a dnd game but I can pretty much move those around.

Also, roguelites! Isaac, enter the gungeon. Love those games so much.

Pretty much down to play any coop game. Played it takes two twice so far. Started remnant from the ashes but friends quit due to it being 3rd person .

As long as there's coop and people are down to play, I'm down to try it.

If I do join the guild, hope we can play other games together.

Why Iron Edge?

Returning to raiding, looking for a stable and reliable guild to go forward for as long as possible.

I like your website and your history. The schedule is also fitting, 2 days a week. I'm not looking to no life the game again, but I do want to play with players that want to clear everything and do so efficiently and I believe Iron Edge can offer that.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

I learn pretty fast. I like to improve between raids as well as during raids. I come prepped by watching kill vids, guides and check logs on where other mages are popping their cds and how they are playing for each fight.

I'm reliable and on time.
I wanna say I'm funny but it feels like a boot is forming in my mouth as I typed it.

Random question, do you refer to the guild as IE?
