I am currently playing Augmentation Evoker because i am looking to switch from tanking/DPSing into playing a caster and learning a new role. So i am in a bit of an exploration phase of what i want to play long term.

I am very much interested in all 3 specs of Evoker and willing to learn.


I cant show you that i really understand the class, i just started playing it. I am following guides and watching streams to catch up on it and just practicing in pick up groups. So honestly i could list out things here from the guides i follow but that doesn't mean i know how to play the class.

My buff uptime at the moment is bad in raids because I'm still trying to figure out positioning. I haven't played a caster DPS since AQ40 so it takes some getting used to.

But i have always been patient and determined. I'm sure i will get there eventually. So far i have 30 hours played on the Evoker.

This used to be my main. I tanked and DPSed on it.

Professions:

I hate the professions system in the game and i think its very cleverly designed to milk money out of the players. Not that its predatory ... what pisses me off is that i didn't think of the idea.

Jokes aside i do not engage with the professions unless there is something extremely mandatory i have to get to help progress. Knockbacks on Fyrak for example etc.

Raiding Experience:

I raided super hardcore in vanilla, tbc, wrath and cataclysm up to Firelands. I was playing and managing a top 100 guild. Played caster dps and tanked/healed in the later parts.

Due to career change and having to move countries back than i decided to focus more on life rather than running a guild so i went casual and kept being a part of the community for the rest of its existence.

Came back to the game during the pandemic and focused on playing all tanks/healers to see what i would like to main for the next expansion. I wasn't ready to go back to mythic raiding yet and focused on keys and casual raiding.

Shadowlands:

CN: 7/10 M ( Filled in for a friends guild and Tanked on blood DK )

The rest of the expansion i just did heroic and keys.

Dragonflight (Decided to go back to raiding):

VoTI: 6/8 M ( Tank/DPS on warrior/dk )
Abeerus: 7/9 M ( Tank/DPS on warrior/dk/hunter )
Amirdrassil 9/9 M ( Hunter for 8/9 and Unholy DK for Fyrak. Got world last CE )

The guild originally was on Burning Legion, we moved to Haomarush around WoTLK and stayed there till Dragonflight where we moved to Tarren Mill to try and reach a wider audience with recruitment.

The guild it self didnt miss a single Cutting Edge until Dragonflight and it was mostly because most of us are old boomers with complicated lives that it finally died out.

After that i formed a guild with a friend called Caravan that raided for a tier in Amirdrassil but fell apart after killing Smolderon.

At this point i joined a North Macedonian guild with whom i managed to get world last mythic Fyrak. We raided for 5 days straight 6 hours a night to get him down. He fell 45 mins before the servers went down.

I cannot raid with them because of their hours and days sadly.

Availability:

I can play Sundays and sometimes Wednesdays. And am usually around for keys throughout the week.

Communication:

Yes i am fluent in a few languages and have a good mic/camera. I am comfortable speaking, but i try to keep to my self.

Computer / Connection:

I have an i9 14th gen with a 4090 GTX

Other Games:

I play a lot of stuff. Plenty of grand strategy games, action RPGs, board games, simulatuion... you name it. Because of my podcast i play a wide variety of games to review.

Why Iron Edge?

I am looking for a stable international long lasting community. I have been a part of one for 18 years and i really miss it. Getting to meet new people and exchange experiences is what this game is all about.

Chelly is a friend of mine i met playing WoW in Shadowlands. Always enjoyed hes company greatly.

Last Words?

I know my character is not enchanted or has any crafted gear. I will get that done very quickly once i get the crests. It will take me some time to come online probably and i am i dont care about being backup.

As Danko mentioned we met in Shadowlands and I have to say he taught me a lot in the game when I was even bigger noob than I am now. Very nice, positive and willing to help. So other than him griefing our group by healing +20Sanguine with strength weapon, i have only positives
