Yar, I'm waiting on the PC port. Very excited.

I played some of the first one but it didn't hook me. Not enough direction/story I guess (and I was just at a friend's place, so I couldn't play more than a few hours).

It has tombs? Sweet :)
Now I run a tech website.

Looks gorgeous, and glad to hear most of the tat has been looked at - despite it I still enjoyed the first game a lot, so I'm quite looking forward to the pc release for this one (with a bit of luck it won't take as long as the first did to be ported).

Just hope it doesn't fall into the Thief way of thinking and start throwing undead at you.  So boring.

Haha, no, don't worry. No undead in this game.

Thief was awesome. Even the last one which a lot of people hated. The witchthing was the shit. And the cradle/orphanage level.

Brainy Gamer dude has playthroughs of old games every month or so... probably worth hitting up, if you want to squeal and giggle with other people on a forum as you play through old games.

(If anyone's into old games)

Just wanna drop the note that I absolutely loved this game (AC2). It's the first single player game that I've actually finished since Half Life (1!).

Amazing scenery/environment
Amazing "freedom" to do whatever you like while still being on a mission
I really liked the story and how it played out
Good character development throughout the game (from scratch to bad ass)

Although, a bit too easy fights and once your done with the story and the unlocked parts.. the game dies.

good game. kind of like GTA but in 15th century italy. very nice cities and great graphics, controlls, etc. suffers from rather repetetive missions and the fact that you run around following arrows on the map (like GTA).

the story, characters and dialogue didn't come close to GTA IV though. still, worth playing. it's nice with games you can play for an hour or two here and there and easily get into after a few days break.
