Greetings, I am Thornus, In my real life I'm a Belgian student, who's aged 18 by now. I'm a dedicated person who sees a goal and reaches for it and keeps on trying. I'm a student for now, College coming up next year, no fear for raid attendancies ofc .

I deem my gear to be adequate for most encounters, might need a little tweaking here and there but that shouldn't be an issue.


Raiding

As for as raiding days go, I should be able to raid every day u want me to, school stuff should be done by raid time. My experience may seem lacking, but I tend to learn fast and I've read every tactic which seems to have been absorbed by my brain like a sponge. I like to play pro-active during raids , anticipating to the situation and for example heal as balance when it comes to the better of the raid during a fight.

More specific times:

Mondays: 7 pm onwards
Tuesdays: 7 pm onwards
Wednesdays: 1 pm onwards
Thursdays: 7 pm onwards
Fridays: Usually not
Saturday: Whenever required
Sundays: Whenever required


Gaming (optional) and World Of Warcraft history

Ahh history... don't really like history lessons . Anyways! I've started gaming using demo's mostly seeing whatever seemed worthy enough to buy, it evolved into Shooters , RTS's and RPG's such as CSS, C&C, Elder Scrolls etc etc... Lots & lots to talk about there, not very interesting probably tho .

WoW history on the other hand started when it launched here in belgium, back in those days I didn't play much and kinda skipped most of vanilla. Then when BC came I started playing for real, lvled up to 70 , looked for a guild , did most BC raids upto BT on my mage, good days, good days. Then Wotlk came and I lvled myself a DK, I quickly gained progress in Naxx (Obviously ) did undying pretty soon, leveled a ton of alts and now my druid has become my main actually , like my 5th alt. I like to play a variety of classes to know what I am talking about and what other people are talking about, it also enhances the playstyle imho. So far progress has been horrible in my guild and I've been somewhat pushed back even though I've been doing alot for the guild so far even as a trial, lead ICC raids, been reviewing new and old druids in the guild due to lack of mechanic knowledge.

Why do you want to join Iron Edge?

I saw the recruitment message and I had a feeling I just had to apply, more because of the reasons mentioned above. And because Iron Edge is a hardcore guild with alot of progress. I always looked up to you guys  .

What can I offer to Iron Edge?

I'm a friendly , helpful player with quite a bit of time on his hands who isn't afraid of a progress run (seen alot of scaredy cats in my current guild  ). I'm also prepared to make a switch in spec should the guild feel it as necessary.

Some small pointers about specc :

2/2 Intensity, seriously skip all mana regen, you dont need them.

Instead put those 2 points in
1. 1/1 Tyhpoon; Yes, i know... its not the best but you need it for Saurfang.
2. 1/3 Owlkin Frenzy; its a nice dmg boost at times.


3/3 Moonglow; a mana reduce talent, skip it;

put 2/2 Improved Moonfire for extra dmg on it and it leaves 1 point over, now you either put it in Moonglow (yes to slightly reduce mana costs) or to put it in 1/5 Genesis for a very very very very small dmg boost on DoTs.

Anyway, rest is decent.

On topic - Rly nice apply,your gear is slightly behind us but it shoudnt be a problem since we de a lot of drops.
I dont see any cloth items on you -> Bonus points from me

I'm glad the app appealed to you guys,
as for the spec, it has been changed, I love a little bit of constructive criticism if it improves me .
And the trinkets... I suppose I didn't have anything better and didn't bother with PoS HC, will do now tho

Haste cap is rlly low for us, cause of Wrath cast time; we get all the haste we need from Tier, neck, cloak, boots, rings, mainhand and offhand. Better go with either SP trinkets or with Crit trinkets.
