i have protection gear too, full sanctified set, with 5-6 icc 25 hc items.I havent done any serious tanking in icc 25 hc yet, but in case it would be in guild best interests, i could work on it.

Maybe he means the Hellscream buff?  The one that doesn't affect your crit rate...

Hellscream buff is a plain damage buff, so if your overall dps is higher, u benefit more out of it. Regardless u gain that "more" from increased crits or more str.

Well about my gf, she will certainly transfer one char with me too, probably hunter, but thing is she study really hard last 3-4 months, so she couldnt keep raiding on a level i did, but plan was if i pass triall, to ask you guys to get her to guild for at least friend rank:)

About my Offspec, yea i mentioned earlier about it, if you wanna give it a check you can make lvl 1 char on my current server and i will equip it, but roughly, all i'm lacking is amulet, and one trinket.Rest is combination of t10 parts and icc hc items, with weapon from prof 10 man normal.

Ok so, "I'd be more then happy to trial you sir" part sounds promissing, and ill work as fast as i can to transfer my character, i mentioned at aplication it may take coupple of days, but i'll not slack by any mean

Also I notice that most paladins with decent gear use some leather pieces, which leads me to think strength equivalency of agility, thus crit rating is also high.

There 2 reason for this.
1. Paladins (together with druids and shamans) have the best agi -> crit conversions in game, 25agi for 1% crit.
2. Leather items have their item budget spread out of 5 stats (agi, sta, ap and 2 out of haste/crit/arp) versus 4 stats (str, stam and 2 out of haste/crit/arp) on plate items. So itemization points get spread out more.

@Rucious, it is worth using an orange gem to get a +4 or more str or a +6 agi socket bonus.

Yeah unfortunately i havent work on my holy gear, because to be honest i was never thinking seriously about healing, but guess it is more usefull offspec then protection.
Yeah i understand that perfect candidate shoud have offspec that you need, but as you said, it just means i will have to shine at my main spec to overwhelm that disadvantage hopefully i'll be able to meet your standards.
