Yes but you still need 24 people to play with you for those 6 hours.

There are not any players in this game that I like enough to do two full firelands raids for, when we are progressing for deathwing.

TBH if you can stomach the pain of doing two firelands pugs a week besides normal raiding then I think you deserve a staff.

The reasoning for the possible change is more than likley due to Dragonsoul. I think the HC modes will be tuned around every caster having the legendary staff. This means there will be HUGE dps requirements involved. I don't think that they will impliment the same lockout system for Dragonsoul though. Not at the start anyway.
Insanity doesn't run in my family. Rather, it strolls through, taking its time, getting to know everyone personally.

The nerf is only there so people will maybe take Deathwing weapons as upgrades. Atm the staff needs a nerf. It is WAY to powerful.

Im pretty sure they only nerfed the staff cause it scales with gear and as gear improves in 4.3 it went way to powerfull. The procrate is about 15% if im not misstaken, in reallty its a pure 15% damage increase since it duplicates your harmfull spells without internal CD.

Probably gonna be lowered to about 10%, that and it beeing iLevel 397 already will make it BiS no mather what weapon drops for next patch. Im pretty sure they will want people with legandarys the keep it trough this expansion, the nerf is unlikley about them wanting you to take upgrades.

Im also pretty sure the rogue legendarys will have the same procrate but higher itemlevel wich will make it a bit better but not overpowered compared to it

Your melee attacks have a chance to grant Shadows of the Destroyer, increasing your Agility by 17, stacking up to 50 times. Each application past 30 grants an increasing chance to trigger Fury of the Destroyer. When triggered, this consumes all applications of Shadows of the Destroyer, immediately granting 5 combo points and cause your finishing moves to generate 5 combo points. Lasts 6 sec. omnomnomnom
