Michael, 27, Reading (UK) - Work as a customer service manager. I live with my partner and 6yr old son.

Class/Spec:

This tier MM is the go to spec so I have been playing it during raids. I currently have BM as an offspec for challenge modes (which I will be starting in the next few weeks with irl friends).

I'm pretty happy to play any spec, always have been. Come Legion I will be looking to stay ranged so SV will be out of the question, unless in the pre-patch something dramatic happens and I fall in love with being melee.

My current ilvl is 736.

Additional info:

- Sniper Training - Keeping a high uptime is one of your main prioritys.
- Careful Aim/ RF phase - Making sure you maximise Aimed Shots during this phase and also while RF is up.
- Crit is our main stat until 53% then Multi will become the next big thing.

- Gems and enchants: Crit then multi once soft cap has been reached.
- Food/Flask/Pot: Pickled Eel, Greater Draenic Agility Flask, Hyper Augment Rune ( I have Empowered Augment Rune)
- Scope: This changes from Crit to Multi once at 48% buffed crit.

Vanilla I just PVP'd and got carried through a few bosses in MC.

I have always played more then a DPS role, I don't mind doing the extra stuff in boss fights i.e. Soaking on Fel, Belts on Siegecrafter, Voidfiends on Xhul, using my pet to tank the adds on Animus.
I have come across alot of players (Hunters) that solely focus on who can be the highest DPS, but to me this is a team game and if I have to sacrifice my own damage for the greater good then that is fine.

I have always had an input on boss strats and I am not shy to speak.



Previous Guilds:

WOD:
When Your Ready Paul - Social - Joined as Showdown merged with these guys, they raid 3/4 days a week which is too much for me.
Showtime - Joined to raid however, my partner had an op go wrong and was in intensive care for 4 months so I quit, when I came back the guild had disbanded.
Do Not Panic -  Guild disbanded as we couldn't get enough players to fill our roster.

Pandaland:
Rising Sun   EU - Social, left for DNP
Archaic Order - Left due to the GM being mental and I mean mental, was only there for a few months
Fallen Legion - Guild disbanded after several core players got burnt out and stopped playing
Limitless - Guild disbanded after a month or so after joining
Darkside of the Dragon - social/leveling, left to raid again

Availability:

100% available for raids unless something urgent comes up. I generally play most days for a few hours at least. I generally won't be available for much on Tuesday and Wednesday due to my son doing Football and Karate unless it's past 8PM GMT.

Communication:

Yes to all the questions as an added bonus I am from the south so no horrible accents

Computer / Connection:

PC is half decent, will be upgrading later this year but for now and the start of Legion it is more then capable. ( 2500k 4ghz, 16gb Corsair RAM, Asus GTX 760)

When I was raiding on Twisting Nether it worked fine so it will definitely be ok for Kazzak.

Why Iron Edge?

As you can see from my past raiding guilds they all seem to disband when we are at the end of an expac and I always seem to miss the last boss or so, so I cannot complete a full tier, looking at your guild history you seem to get the full job done while also raiding 2 nights per week, as some of you are more then likely aware, there comes a point in life where you cannot dedicate much more time.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

Raid wise, a dedicated player that strives to be the best while also being able to do added tasks, someone who is not shy to talk, take constructive criticism and have a general input. I have been made an officer in most long terms guilds I have been in.

Social wise, someone who likes to have a laugh, easy going and approachable. I like to do the other things the game has to give and also try new things/games.

Where did I hear about Iron Edge?

Wowprogress while looking for 2 day raiding guilds that suit my times.

Last Words?

This tier I have been raiding as an X-Realm raider with a guild called Ex-Cineribus on Doomhammer, however, they have just stopped raiding as we could not get enough players to join each week and thats which Openraid apps aswel. I can provide logs if you need them or you can just search for Ex-Cinerbus as some of them are available to the public.

I will be looking to join IF accepted as a X-Realm raider until I pass my trial if that is ok? as I need to make sure I fit in with you guys/girls before I pay £25 to transfer.

Pretty decent app, you may just have the biggest guild history I've ever seen. I'm very impressed you're able to remember them all.

We won't be able to officially trial you as a raider until we actually raid with you for at least four raids, which will be in Legion. I hope that doesn't put you off!

Haha it took me a while to go through them all..

In regards to trialing in Legion that will be fine with me.

I did forget 2 things for the app:

Tier 1: CTHC - Best choice even though the speed boost of posthaste can be beneficial the CD reduction outweighs it.
Tier 2: Binding Shot - Reliable stun if needed on bosses with adds.
Tier 3: Exhilaration - On-demand self heal, I prefer this over 10 damage reduction.
Tier 4: TOTH - Best DPS choice due to Aimed shot
Tier 5: Stampeade - Best DPS choice, deals more damage in every scenario (no resource cost either)
Tier 6: Barrage - Best DPS choice for AOE otherwise Powershot for single target boss fights.
Tier 7: Lone Wolf - Provides the highest DPS out of the 3.
