I am applying for the main raid.

Personal Info:

The name is Fredric, 27 years old.
I recenntly recived a new position at work, datime, mon-fri 08-16 wich is why I can finally start to raid again.

Class/Spec:

My main spec is Ret, Equipped 374ilvl but could have 376 with the items in the bag with worse stats.
I can play both Prot/Holy and the ilvl is about the same as Ret. Prefer ret always but on a rainy day I am glad to help out.

The stats for Ret are currently insanely close, everytime I sim I might get a different outcome if I just change as much as a ring enchant.
As for rotation I do what I need to do to make the most damage, Crusade - 5Sec later I currently use my trinket that lasts for 20sec, wich makes it last for the duartion of my wings - Seraphim - Then I go off.
I dont use a "system" for my rotation, I know what to press when and if my logs are ever off compared to others I start to research.

Alts:

Currently dont have any other max lvl'd alts yet, but that will come.
Soon getting the Alchemy trinket recipies for Alchemy and I craft as much experimentation's as the game will let me to get new potion/phial recipies.

Professions:

Alchemy (Maxed out)/Herb currently, might change.
Cooking (Maxed out)
Fishing




Raiding Experience:

So the last time I raided with a guil was in Legion.

In MoP I played in a top 100World guild in 25man called "Enraged Revolution", I played a resto druid back then. During ToT we also had a couple of World top 20 kills.
After ToT I started raiding casually untill start of WoD.

Me and a couple of friends started our own guild called "Invida", we raided semi-hardcore about the same amount as you and around the same world rank aswell.
In this guild I played a Balance druid in WOD and Arms/Fury Warrior in Legion. I was also the raidleader/GM of this guild.

We raided on and off for Wod/Legion but eventually I had to stop raiding because of work, starting to work shift was a dealbreaker since I could not even attend 50% of raids.

Ever since then untill a couple of weeks ago I have not been able to raid with a guild because of work, however I now have a new daytime position at work wich makes it possible for me to finally start raiding again.

Previous Guilds:

I had a couple of guilds before Enraged Revolution but honestly forgot wich ones and why I left them, but most likely because I wanted to progress in higher rankings.

Enraged Revolution - I left because I got burnt out raiding 6-7 days a week.

Invidia - Had to stop raiding because of work, working shifts made it so that I could not attend even 50% of the raids. My new day time job finally makes it so that I can start to raid again.

Availability:

I work mon-fri 08-16.
Other then that I am usually free to do whatever.
Raid times wont be an issue.

Communication:

My english is good I would say.
I have Discord, a working mic and I can use it.



Computer / Connection:

My computer is pretty good, 3080TI and so on.
Internet is 500/500, no lag. Ping is very low.
Never any disconnects unless its a "rare" server related issue.

I use Skada, DBM/BigWigs, WeakAuras, Method Raid tools and some other non raid related stuff for collecting.

DBM/BigWigs - Raid Times
WeakAuras - Tracking stuff, also might be raid related abilities that DBM/BigWigs doesnt track well.
Skada - Damage Meter

Other Games:

Any new big RPG that is released I usually play.
Have almsot 1k hours in FO4, The Witcher, Cyberpunk, Wasteland 3 and a couple of others.

Why Iron Edge?

Seems to have very stable progress and have been around for a long time wich I like.
I like having the stability knowing that the guild might not disband randomly and builiding friendship.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

I am a reliable person, I show up.
Always prepeared for new things, fully enchanted, consumables in place and read up for my class/spec.

Usually catched up with everything to do outside of raids, thats a fun time to help others.

I know not having logs and not having raided with a guild for a long time looks bad but I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I am reliable and show up and do my part and more.
