Class/Spec:

I am very focused right now on devastation. I used to play arcane (Arcanora-Ravencrest) but am very much loving how simple devastation kit is to play with, and the freedom of movement makes many tough raid situations eazy breezy.

Plus I like that you can really talent towards any combat role, it has good single target, cleave and pure AoE (man primal council is fun )

I am currently 386, and haven't really touched preservation yet (but might).

I've really been on the struggle bus finding high ilvl haste gear and it makes my class a bit wack I cant lie. Big numbers come from keeping dragonrage duration extended as much as possible with the use of my 30s CDs, and those are gotten back faster by casting spenders. issue is, low haste means less spender casts, meaning big breakpoints of haste for keeping dragonrage extended another 12 seconds. currently trying to get to about 20% where ill be able to do 3 extendos (as i like to call them) during BL and 2 without BL.

I founded and GMed, it was a collection of peeps that couldnt be bothered with nax around when SL came out, so i decided to help found a guild for us to play retail. it was a lot of fun! but man GM is hard work, many hours spent recruiting and reading tacs... left when i could no longer scrape together 10 donnies for a raid night (very sad stuff)
The Ice Drakes
Had some good times, they just werent HARDCORE enough for me /s
but for real, had some good times but noticed (trying not to sound too arrogant here) that i was much better than a lot of them, and id prefer to be learning from better players to actually improve.
Mercenaries (Current)
Was a great guild in SL S3! but when we came back for DF, seems like a lot of the more serious players left and never came back... hence why im in the market for a serious guild!

basically any. i work normal hours so like 6-> midnight is fine by me.

I used to use elvui but I'm trying out the default since the redesign (i like it tbh)

OPIE is essential for all classes IMO, i love it. used to be AMAZING when raid leading as well

Why Iron Edge?

The professional appearance and perceived atmosphere

y'all seem to really have your shit together, which is very much what im looking for. I'm sick of hopping around from guild to guild, i want something nice and long term with players who are dedicated to progressing the content.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

Dedication, and desire to improve. When I was a GM, those were the main things I looked for. at the end of the day, I always wanted players who showed up every week with consumes and enchants, having learned tactics and could take criticism, and that's what i can bring to the table.

That said I AM competitive, I work hard to try and do BIG DAM. but I leave ego at the door.
