I am applying for the main raid.

Vadim, 30yo, Dutch. Data analyst in fashion industry during the day. In my free time i enjoy playing games / cooking / travelling and play with my cats & dog ^^

Class/Spec:

My preference leans heavily on the type of class I play and role that suits my playstyle.

In this expansion I have been playing rogue and dk most of the season. As a DK my main spec is frost due to it incredible bursty damage profile and exceptional survivability/utility that it can provide to the team/group. Offspec unholy.

For rogue I have been playing mainly assasination this season again because of its exceptional 2min burst and sustained damage through bleeds/poisons.  In DF S3 I have been playing mainly Outlaw rogue which is my offspec.

Current item level:

Frost DK - 638.6 ilvl
Unholy DK - 634 ilvl
Assa Rogue - 638 ilvl
Outlaw rogue - 633 ilvl

For frost dk (since im playing the sindragosa build) the current stat priority im chasing Strength > Crit > Mastery > Haste > Versatility.  The class gameplay evolves around maintaining buffs, generating and efficient usage of  runes/runic power for burst 1 minute cooldowns (Reapers Mark/ Pillar of Frost) and 2 Min cooldown (Breath of Sindragosa).  

For assasination rogue: Agility > Mastery > Crit > Haste > Versatility.  Assassination Rogue DPS rotation focuses on maintaining bleeds and poisons, managing energy and combo points effectively (5 CPs on envenoms without DK/ 7CPs on Envenom with Dark Knight procs), and maximizing damage with cooldowns such as Vendetta/ Kingsbane adn Shiv windows.

Alts:

Besides what I have been mentioning in previous sections I am very flexible player and confident that I can master/learn additional DPS specs depending on what is going to be in demand or what is raid group missing in certain seasons of this expansion.

At the moment I do have lvl 80 alts:

-Warrior
-Paladin
-Priest

Professions:

I do have tailoring but the main reason why i got it is to skip miniboss mechanic in Ara-Kara when playing high keys. Main reason why i do not have any profession is due to the fact that I look at it most of the times as a source to sustain your in game character with gold (through crafts for other players etc). I sustain myself in game by providing boosting sevices for m+ and heroic raid through Sylvanas boosting platform, hence haven't chose the path of bein a crafty fella.

Raiding Experience:

I have been raiding quite a lot in WoW. My journey started in BK and it is still ongoing

In Shadowlands i start taking raiding quite seriously as it helped me to evolve in the game as a player and meet cool people to play together.

My biggest achievements are:
-CE in CN Shadowlands Season 1 (on my mage/ different account)
-SoD 9/10 M Season 2

Long break due to personal reasons. Then i came back in Dragon flight season 3/season 4.
-Season 3 6/8M ATDH
-Season 4 8/9M Abberus.

This expansion my progress it at 6/8M technically.  Technically because wiped on 0% 3 weeks ago on Princess and missed the kill next week after that due to being sick and had to cancel the raid presence.





Previous Guilds:

Most of the guilds i played had to disband themselves due to the internal conflicts. Since my nationality is Russian/Dutch i used to play in Russian guilds before I moved to an European server.

Availability:

Im available the whole week except Tuesday. Tuesday is my office day + I play football after it with my team.

Monday: after 2PM
Tuesday: busy day -_-

Saturday and Sunday long gaming sessions hehe ^^ Starting early and finishing late.

No Fps issues (even during intensive fights like Ovinax) / No lags/disconnects every hour. Ping ~11ms.

Why Iron Edge?

I have been missing a sense of belonging in this game. I have been trying to find/build a community of like minded players who enjoys to do competitive content and at the same time maintain enjoys social aspect of the game / guild meet ups etc. This is a dream for me.

It seems based on a feedback i got from one of your guild members who is my friend (Calx).  That Iron Edge is the guild that can bring me a sense of belonging in this game and perhaps find a home/family with who I can enjoy this game for many many years

What can I offer Iron Edge?

1) Skill and Performance: I have a deep understanding of my class and specialization, including optimal rotations, talent builds, stat priorities, and encounter-specific adjustments. Can quickly adjust to new strategies, mechanics, or role changes as required during progression.
2) Preparation and Knowledge: I study raid mechanics in advance, reviewing guides, watching videos, and analyzing logs to understand strategies and potential pitfalls. When Im in raid i come  fully prepared with consumables, enchants, and gear optimized for the encounter.
3) Reliability and Availability: I maintain a near-perfect attendance rate and respect raid times. I notify the team well in advance if any issues arise. I'm always ready to pull at the start of raid time, with addons updated and a clear mindset.
4) Team-Oriented Mindset:  Prioritize guild success over personal ego, understanding the importance of teamwork in Mythic progression. I provide feedback respectfully and value open communication for improving strategies and resolving challenges.
5) Continuous Improvement: I regularly review logs to identify areas for improvement and adjust accordingly. I stay updated on class changes, meta shifts, and encounter tweaks to always bring my best to the raid.
6) Im happy to share knowledge and help less experienced players improve, fostering a stronger raid team.

Last Words?

I do understand that perhaps my achievement are not that spectacular and I seem as a not CE raider. However I do feel that I have been improving in the game greatly this expansion and I cannot wait to prove it on practice. All i need is a chance
