  After the patch im having CONSTANT problems vs terrans that goes mm and a bit later mmm. They basicly pin themself at base with tanks, turrets and let me roam free at 2+ exps (a banshee harass here and there which i easily counter with queens + few mutas, then they switch to vikings usually), i do few harrasses with muta's at this point, which denies him a bit of farm, but the moment he decides to move that ball and i dont have brood lords its gg for me. I lost at least twice that way to players that had like half of my apm...

   Was thinking maybe banelings would be more efficient with slowing em a bit instead of trying to push (or more like crawl, greater spire upgrade is taking ages) for blood lords?

  Also a bit of whine, as much as i like playing zerg and spread that creep all over the map, its very annoying how predictable it is and how efficient gate blocking is vs em.

I think mech Terrans are much harder to beat than MMM terrans. What I do against MMM is just contain and overpower. Banelings and Infestors rape the ball of units, and your economy should be so far ahead that he really has no chance. I usually fast expand against terrans unless I spot an early hellion, in which case I'll get 2 spore crawlers up and quick roaches.

If they go for straight up MMM I usually stick with the fast expansion and get speedlings/mutas for map control and then I just contain and harass them. I also plant banelings randomly. If they fail to tech to ravens (which will delay them since they're usually on one base) the banelings can and will destroy them if planted nicely around the map.

Basically, whenever I play against terran I assume that he will win me unit for unit, so I play the game thinking I'll need at least twice the resources he has, and it just turns into a macro fest.

However, I have no idea how to counter a terran that does a mech build on two bases. There is simply no way I can take on a hellion/tank/thor army. All I can do is abuse how immobile such an army is by going air/drops/nydus and harassing, praying that I can slow his advance enough.

Fkin' vespene gas its never there :/, i am really sick of having to over expand every single game just to keep gas flowing in as much as i need..
I mean, if i go for yellow mineral exp, with main focus to extract gas from it, you do know there is something inbalanced in zerg economy...but o well, thats what beta serves for i guess
