The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Not the newest game out there but I didn't find a thread.

I like it. It doesn't have the same crazy humor and dialogue as Fallout but the fighting is more interesting than VATS and the world is cozy.

I play a mage (duh) that is currently level 12. It's kind of fun to make your own spells, summon cool creatures and become invisible/paralyze opponents. However, my magicka is pretty low because I don't seem to find any good gear for casters. Anyone know of any phat rewarding quest line or have any tips on caster gear? I refuse to level light/heavy armor on a mage!

I'm one quest from becoming arch mage of the mage guild. I'll work on becoming arena champion after that. But then what? Explore caves and temples that looks the same? I'm not interested in helping every retard in Cyrodill with their personal problems, unless the reward is good, of course. Anything I should absolutely not miss before doing the main quest?

Hah. If that's a reference to the guards in Daggerfall... pro!

I think i'll spend 500 hours on something else, like watching grass grow.

Daggerfall is more exciting than that...

Unless you're stuck in a dungeon...

yeah, I bet it was fun back in the day. i did some retro gaming a few years ago but I can't bring myself to do it anymore. probably because i've only played wow for the past four years. I dont have to go back much in time to find good games.
