Hello , My name is Timo Van Laere and I live in Belgium , sadly delling , I have to say I still listen some terror
(but less , I swear!!). I?m 18 years old ( getting 19 on 23th of October ,I?l give u guys cake ). I?m doing my 7th year atm on school (well 8 if u count the year I played to much wow) and will go work next year.At the moment I?m working 3/7 and going to school 3/7. I?m building driveways and terraces , placing fences?

Spec:
I?v allways played my priest as a holy priest ( I dinged early wotlk level 80 on him).I allways enjoyed raiding as a holy but in Cataclysm I wanted something new , that?s why I?m currently playing Shadow Priest. First prio ; Keep all my dots up ( DP,SW:P,VT)
Second prio ; Keep MB on cd
Third prio ; Keep MF up.
Optional Prio ;  SW:D when low on mana and boss hp -25%

The opening also depends on the procs I get , If my Power torrent and my trinket procs , that I sometimes redot for the extra spellpower I get on my dot.


Class:
I?v allways played priest , I like how it plays , I already leveled 2 alts but I keep coming back to my priest. I like to play around with skills like MC and Leap.As
for my gearing , first I tried to do is get to 17% hit (capped)which I succeded pretty good in (17,01%)Its not a big dps loss if u aren?t hit capped , but I prefer to be. Since u have to focus less to see if ur dot hits , and can focus more on the fight itself.Then i went got a good haste lvl (2248) which is needed for a good dps increase (in the hope I would get DI)else I would need a lot more but can?t get it with my current gear.and if I had some more crit I just reforged it to mastery lvl. Currently .
Alts:
Bassmachine ; Lvl 85 druid with herbalism/alchemist. Not raid rdy , only use it to farm hc?s
Hentra ; Lvl 85 DK with skinning/BS(not to 525). Use him to tank a hc now and then for those satchels.

Professions:
525 Enchanting
513 Jewelcrafting, just lvled it so I can use the JC-only gems =P

I know my experience isn?t what I should be later on. But that?s beceause I didn?t really had a good guild to raid with.I?m hoping I can pick up the raiding again with u guys =)

Paramount -> I was in the raiding team but I went raiding with people that didn?t had the money to enchant gem their gear ( ye it was start of cata and everything was expensive , but I wasted to much guild not to raid with ppl that didn?t want to do the same
Synergy -> Didn?t find people that I really liked and didn?t had fun while playing
Iron edge -> social for a week and now applying for a B-raider spot
Availability:

I?m available on both raid times. I come home at around 6pm and available till 00:00.  But If needed I can also join other guild events on other days except for Fridays and Saturdays.

Communication:

My main language is dutch. But I speak fluently English and some French. I have a micro and am willing to talk on TS3

Just checked my MS and I?m on 19(home) and 122(world). I?m not having problems with DC?s and lag while playing.

Why Iron Edge?
Currently I?m a Friend(I hope u guys consider me friend?) and as skinkelinke asked me in my former apply if I also didn?t want to raid , I?m giving it a shot. I also know some other people from in my guild ?callous? who are currently in the B-raid team

What can I offer Iron Edge?
I can offer u a person where u can expect that he won?t be late and allways flasked and food buffed while raiding.I?m allways reading up on sites to gain more knowledge about my class so my dps will be competitive and helpful on progress bosses.


Where did I hear about Iron Edge??
First I heard about Iron edge from my former guild members in Callous.About 1 week ago I joined as a social and now I?m trying a shot to join the B raiding team.

As for now I already had fun in the guild , joining some bg?s with people , doing some dungeons and farming some transmogrie? gear. So I hope I?m willing to join the guild and I can give u something back for having the fun ( helping u with progress)

Looks okay, i'm fairly new to shadow myself so i can't really give it the thourough going over that i could for disc. Looking at your rotation though - when i'm playing I use shadow word death on cooldown also, is there any reason appart from the damage you dont? As the damage is pretty minimal given the amount of raid healing already going on in these fights.

Not sure how things go now around shadow, but imo doing sw:d on cd is seems like wasted global to me unless u need that 10% mana it will give u back. Anyway i don't know much...

i only really use shadow word death as a mana regen spell and below 25%. I just went to a dummy and used SW:D and did 4.2k dmg. Then i used a mindflay and did 3.9k/tick which is more dps + if u crit the cooldown of shadowfiend decreases which is also a mana regen spell and does some dmg.So for me it seems i get more benefit from using mindflay then SW:D. In Wotlk it was also in my rotation and gave me more dps , but now it doesn't seem to. Also like u said less healing needed on raid healing.

That sounds about right tanir, like i said - you'll probably have to teach me a few things as i've played shadow about 3 times . I think haste heavy builds like you are generally prefer it as you said. Thanks for clearing that up!

Solid app, good to see that you worked on your gear since you joined and that you put alot odd effort in to your application. My main concern with you was that you gave a bit of slacky first impression both in your AM application and in your first app to us, there for it's extra good to see that you put in effort.

I'm gonna accept you for trial, if you wanna pass that make sure to put in effort in our raids.

Be ready for raiding Thursday, gonna try and get you in on some fights.

Have lots of pots
Know basic tactics  for all firelands fights and shannox, Beth, majordomo, llord ryolith heroic
