Personal Info:

Hallo my name is George Dagkas iam 23 years old I am from Hellas and I-am studying in the Accounting Deparment of TEI Serrwn. I also work occasionally as a waiter in work shops and clubs.

Spec:

I am using Holy as my main spec and Shadow as my OS because I like healing up the raid and preventing ppl from dying and because I think it’s a bit harder than dps. I am using Shadow as my off spec because it helps me on lvling or farming quests and because it’s needed for some healers to change into DPS in some specific raid fights. My main spec gear lvl is 386 atm and shadow 380 but some of the shadow dps gear is the same I use in holy cause I couln’t get better.

Class:

I am going for Spirit and Intellect as those are the most needed for a Healer and especially Holy one.i also go mastery witch provides a good HoT, haste an last critical. My rotation depends on each fight but mostly I start with Prayer of Mending on the Tank and then on the cooldown, Holy Word: Sanctuary on the stack up spot, circle of healing when ever is up on full raid dmg fights or when ever is needed, Prayer of Healing after I ve casted two flash heals so Serendipity is activated ,Divine Hymn on crucial moments, light well on stack up fights Guardian Spirit when its needed or on cooldown if the fight allow it, Hymn of Hope and Shadowfiend on their cooldown when my mana is dropping low( Hymn 1st because of its beneficial effect ).

Alts:

I have an 85 lvl fire mage and an 75 lvl protection warrior witch I am currently lvling .

Professions:

My professions are tailoring and enchanting because tailoring can craft item enchants for me, clothing gear and bags witch can make a good amount of gold. Enchanting for the special enchant on rings and normal enchants on my items.
* Tailoring also helps me when I am lvling enchanting with some crafting gear I can diss or when I need mats.

Raid Experience:

I started wow on TBC but I got hacked so I didn’t do any raid then only dungeons. I  restarted playing with a new account on WoTH Naxxramas wich I did it quite some times. I did Malygos and obsidian sanctum, after those I stopped wow for a guild reason and I restarted when ICC came out, I did trial of the crusade, some bosses of ulduar for the weekly quest, then ICC.

Previous Guilds:

On Naxxramas i was about to be a Ravenous member but some realid friends told me to join them on So What and i did. i raid with about a month and then their leader kicked me out of the blue, and they put main tank's buddy from and other server who was also a holy priest, then i tried to join the IE but delling told me they where to many priest allready but i should check and apply if there was a space. I stopped wow for some month cause i got furious with So What and i replayed on ICC, i joined one or two guilds( don't remember name cause it was a week or two) but they where raid-unexperience so ppl left them, and i applied for Equillibrium. i got accepted and i started raiding with their 25man team. We cleared ICC and down Lich King two or three week later, but then i had a bike accident(broke right fingers) and i got kicked out a month later because i didn't log that time and i didn't said anything on the guild forum. Now i am guildless

Availability:

I am available almost anytime cause I am currently unemployed. On the Easter holida I can be 3-5 days for sure and summer holiday 2-4. On exams i can be in for the raid days.

Communication:

I can understand and speak English good enough, I was using ventrillo with my previous guilds but I can install Teamspeak 3 and I got 2 microphones just in case as headsets too.

Computer / Connection:

I just bought I new PC , Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3701 Mhz  4 cores 8 logical processors , my internet connection is 4 to 24 Mbps I hardly lag or disconnect.

Addons/UI:

I am using Healbot, DBM, recount, quartz, ElvUI, OmniCC and Gearscore.
Healbot is used for obvious reasons (makes healing easier and faster,
DBM cause like healbot its crusial needed on raids,
recount so i can check my healing and the rest of the healers, also check on dps activity
dispell death e.t.c
ElvUI was mentionted to me by a friend( Spaxos who recently applied and Hitnrun) and i liked it and found it helpfull
OmniCC was mentionted to me by my realID buddy and i got used to it after one try
and last Gearscore cause it is the greatest Snitch!!! with one click i can check on gear enchants gems belt buckle pvp gear equiped or different from players main spec( dps gear instead of healing for example) and the players rating based on other player.

Other Games:

thats a long list... i play almost every new game. i used to play DOTA but i got bored of it(maphackers), i play racing games, action games, rpgs, football games, but i play all of them when i am not playing wow.

Why Iron Edge?

Why Iron Edge... well i think thats an obvious answer too, because since the begging of my wow playing life Iron Edge is the best dunemaul guild and eternal cursed to be server first. Because all the players on dunemaul either admire IE and wants to join them or they hate them because they got denied or their guild are always running up but can't overcome them.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

everyone on Dunemaul has heard about u, but the first time i heard about IE was from my realID friends playing WoW and and ofc server chat "Iron Edge servers first *something*"

i know i have a low gear lvl but iam playing wow only 3 weeks now and i am doing my best to gear up. I am a patient player who doesn't quit on difficult situations or wipes and i love proggress and downing hard bosses and doesn't give up, up untill i have accomplished my purpose

Only thing i can really comment on with the app is that in situations like this I'd like you to keep us updated, going AWOL is a one way ticket to getting kicked and it shuts a lot of doors behind you - please keep someone in the know. A quick post on the forum is enough .

Gear is a bit low like you said, not a problem this late in the expansion, i'm sure we can get you decked out.

I'll see what others have to say but - stay unsaved this reset.

I was looking at your armory, at your spec and some of your talents are a bit odd to me. You have 1 talent in Blessed resilience. Instead of Desperate prayer. (Which is probably better if you want a talent to be able to heal yourself fast.)

Also you got Velied Shadows, which I personally tried out, if it would be worth having, for more mana. But imo it's not. Only on Madness i would say. Also you haven't got Darkness, and you don#t go for Haste in your gear, so it would probably be good.

Even if mastery is very good for a holy priest, Haste is also needed for your HoT (echo of light) to do an extra tick.

Also the enchant on your wrist is bad. Go for 50 int or the Haste one.

i know Hitnrun and Spaxos, both of them realID friends from same town and buddies, i used to know a few ppl but i have forgoten their names :S.
my talent tree was indeed a messed up because i was searching for the best one and many opinions came up so i ve change it many times. i also had veiled shadows because i had crappy gear and couldn't respond on the mana needed regen on DS( when my gear was bellow 385ilvl) and the enchant on wrist i didn't bother changing it because i just crafted the 397 and i ve enchanted +50 on them

I think we could use someone like you, postive and such, in our raid.
 
Your spec looks good now. ( Some talent does indeed depend on how you play and how your gear is, like the renew talents and Surge of light perhaps, etc. So I'm not gonna comment more on that )

i am always trying to improve my healing and my game play so when ever i hear a opinion i am cheking out and see if it improves me and in that case u where right, also about those too talents, i used em a lot in WoTK and i thought they would be helpfull now too but u got a point...

Surge of light was indeed good in Wotlk, but now since holy priests do not use Flash heal as much, I don't think it's worth it. I had it for a while when my gear was low, to get free ones sometimes, in dungeons and such.

That's why I didn't bother telling you it might be better to put those 2 talents in Body and Soul and Test of faith. (to max those talents.)

Whatever you feel like that will improve your playing really.

40% attendance/leaving most raids early.

Nothing personal, I just don't count that as a raider really.

Thats the last 30 days, overall its 40%.

Doesn't matter how clear you make it, or what the reason is, you can't expect to be a full raider if you attend half a raid a week. Don't confuse that with me not caring about your health though, you know I do. As i said, it wasn't personal.
