Things are starting to settle down a bit, or at least getting into a decent rythme, at home. Having said that raiding 2 nights a week still isn't a viable option for me, but I would be interested in joining for a once week flex raid.

Safire how many tanks we have? And how much of them dont wanna be dps or even dont have any dps item?(like me ).

With you and Auja I have atm about 4-5 tanks I think. But the reason I'd prefer you 2 being the tanks is because I want you to gear up for our future 10 man.

But atm I don't think that's what I'm going to do.

I think I'll take the tanks from the main raid. Because I feel like we should get this going a few times and feel comfortable enough as a raid, to then have alt tanks, tanking. So if you and Auja wants to just go dps on your alts, and hopefully get gear that way instead for your tanking specs that'd be great, but as you say, you have no dps gear. I'm guessing the best choice would be you coming on your main. But it's up to you.

If you decide to come on your mains then please make sure you keep your alt gears updated, with LFR, at least.

Remember that Flex raid is using the LFR personal loot system. So as long as they have loot set to tanking, they will be gearing up for that

Well if main raid tanks wanna join flex raid for sure i will come with my main for lvling up my items and getting ready for main raid Their tank gear is for sure better than us. It will be better.


On the other hand as you said Safire, i will lvl up my alts ilvl with LFR.
I am ready for any duty.

The flex raid plans have nothing to do with the normal iron edge 25man casual raid. We will raid on thursday and monday as usual.

nice detail I didnt know about :
While Flexible mode will never scale in difficultly below 10 players, you can still queue up and begin clearing the instance with as few as 7 players in the raid.

Example: You have 9 guild members and friends who are online and ready to rock Flexible mode, but the other 5 members of the raid are running a bit behind. You can still form a raid group and queue for Flexible Siege of Orgrimmar, and then head inside to begin taking down trash as you wait for the others to log in.
