Preferred Spec: Fury - I'm extremely accustomed to Fury and know it inside and out. I've got 95% percentile logs for my Fury warrior and I enjoy it best out of all the specs in game. iLvl 730 BiS

Off spec : Prot - Whenever I'm not playing Fury, I'm playing Prot. I can fill an open spot for a filler tank easily and get the job done without a hassle. iLvl 725

I've not raided for a couple of month now (took a break from game) and before that I only did archimond for ring upgrades.

As for written instruction for my spec:

Fury stats = Str >> Mastery > Crit (if not below 30%) > Haste ~ Multi > Versa

Single target rotation = Charge -> Pop Offensive CD Macro -> Bloodthirst -> Execute (Sudden Death) -> Raging blow x2 -> Wild Strike (Takes prio over Raging blow when Bloodsurged with T18) -> Keep enrage up with Bloodthirst and Berserkers Rage and continue Lining up CDs with Legendary ring and doing the rotation.

AOE rotation = Charge -> Pop Offensive CD Macro -> Bloodthirst -> Bladestorm -> Execute -> Whirlwind -> Raging blow with Meatgrinder stacks -> Wild strike with Bloodsurged T18

Raiding Experience:

I started playing @ 2012

Got into serious raiding at SoO Cleared HC (aka Mythic) SoO on my warlock back then. Continued hardcore raiding into mid Highmaul until my Guild disbanded and I stopped playing hardcore. I did casual pugs to clear Heroic raids on my own and cleared them very easily. I'm a mythic raider in heart but due to university obligations I couldn't spend much time on Mythic raiding.


Previous Guilds:

Tengu / Geeks and freaks : main raiding guild whom I raided with in SoO and a couple of weeks into WoD. Internal Drama ensued and many people left the guild.

Solar Flare Homicide : Highmaul raiding Guild. Got disbanded due to lack of players.

Rest of the guilds I joined were random social guilds to find new friends. Currently all my characters are in my own private guild.

Availability:

I'm available afternoons (when I get home from work).

I'm not available at Finals week or the nights before my university classes. These days change each semester and I can work them around our raid days.

Communication:

Yup fluent in English. My native language is Persian btw.

I've got a gaming headset and been using TS as my main voice com for years.

Computer / Connection:

I've got a High-end computer - No FPS issues.

my connection is stable 95% of the time. Sometimes the ISP screws up but it gets fixed after an hour or too. Not common.

Addons/UI:

There are a lot of addons. DBM, Weakauras, TidyPlates, Skada, Bartender, Decursive, Grid 2 (On hybrids) & ...

I found out about your guild via Wowprogress. After looking through your website you caught my attention and your recruitment page looks hilarious. So I'm taking my shot at joining and finding new friends in a good guild with players that have a sense of humor.

Hey Zeth,

Currently all the officers are afk due to destroying brain cells and alcohol supply in Manchester this weekend you may find no reply until Monday ish, as for me I have a few questions. We have a large melee roster already and 2/3 very regular and reliable warriors already and no raiding officially until legion now it would be hard to give a trial on heavily farmed content.

I also noticed the lacking of any mythic experience on your char I than looked at your logs and had to ask what/ how did that kormrok ranking happen, blade storm and execute till your brain / keyboard dies should be wrecking on that fight. These questions are for me personally, and intrigued as to why you didn't look at a guild like our own in brf for example or early hfc and chosen now.

Lastly this isn't an attack on you just my intriguedness getting the better of me.

Thx for the reply. I hope everyone's having a good time there

Btw feel free to ask me any questions you want. You're the only guild I'm applying too and I created a forum account to answer these ^^

1. Bad rankings on early bosses @ HFC : As I mentioned in my application, I casually pugged BRF and HFC because I no longer had time for hardcore raiding. As for early HFC bosses, Sometimes I was lying in bed and playing with 1 hand only, late at night before sleep. I only did those bosses until I got my tier and never stepped into their location again. Looking at my armory you can see I have something like 22 kills on archimonde while I've got 2-3 on rest. That's purely because I was not aiming for Mythic raiding and Only wanted to have the gear to farm old content better. Now, If u're interested in reviewing my performance on all the bosses, I can log an entire run with my current gear and try to do my best in a pug and link the log here.

2. Lacking XP in mythic BRF/HFC: I stopped raiding hardcore mid Highmaul due to a heavy university and work schedule. 99% of the guilds raided the nights before my classes and I couldn't stay awake for raiding. (i.e: 20-00:00 would be 22:30-02:30 in my time. and I had to get up 4AM in the morning). I was a HC(mythic) raider in SoO and I got people to reference my performance. I can 100% assure you there will be no tactic or performance fails on my part.

3. Why haven't I applied sooner to your (or another guild) sooner: I understand that in the last months of an expansion one would think, well he's applying to get carried and leave after. This is not the case for me. I literally had no time to raid before this semester of my university ended. I'm still in my finals (3 exams remaining) and I just found the time to raid again. I want to experience HFC mythic while it's still current content. I have no intention of getting gear. You can trial me and give me 0 gear until legion arrives. I don't care about gear and I want to experience the hardcore raiding environment with friends again.

Sorry I couldn't find and edit button to add this to the previous post. You said u've got a melee heavy roster. Although I still love Fury, May I ask which classes are you most interested in (No healers) ?
As you can see I've got a lot of alts but they're only 710 pvp geared. But maybe I can try to gear them up If u're interested.

If it was my choice probs either lock, shadowpriest or a boomkin as we got 91 hunters 3mages, 2 ele shammies although one of them is missing. So ideally a caster dps as mentioned though the officers are away at our g meetup we had this weekend so please wait for them to have the official say

Here's my expertise in playing the current classes :

Warrior >> Warlock = Death Knight = Hunter > Mage = Druid > Monk > Rogue = Paladin

Priest and Shaman are not lvl 100. But currently @ lvl 70-80 they're fairly easy to play.

Now rogue and pala being last doesn't mean I don't know how to play them. I know all the optimal rotations but I'm not muscle memory comfortable enough with them to do cool tricks and play them up to their maximum potential.

Also you've mentioned warlock. My warlock (Zethlock) was my main while raiding SoO HC and It's my second favorite class. I prefer Demo and Destro over Aff. Come legion I'll play whichever is best for progress. Important note: ring is 715 and I have not progressed it's hfc tomes at all. (same for my hunter and rogue. rest of the alts have sh*tty rings)

Since you said you want to do hfc mythic while it's current content I'm not sure we're the right fit for you since we can't offer that. If we were to trial you, it'd be at the start of legion.
Second of all we cannot recruit another warrior, having more than 3 dps warriors on the roster does not make a lot of sense. You already mentioned that you are comfortable playing most classes and given the time to legion, I'm pretty sure you can become competitive with whatever you choose.
So first I'd have to know if you're fine with waiting till legion before raiding with us.

Not going to lie this reply made me wince, this is the most free Time you'll have and looking for hfc mythic raids that's still raiding 13/13 runs this late in the expansion so you'd try with 0mythic exp in hfc to join a 13/13guild??
 
The other thing I picked up on is you'd try to swap nights around with university, isn't a guarantee or a promising first impression for reliability, the large majority of our roster are 90-95% attendance since launch of wod hence we don't have a roster 45+ people.

I'm guessing the we are on a break till legion is a game breaker for you unless I'm getting this wrong.

What I meant was that, I basically have 2 month of free time each year, then I have to balance my university with raiding nights and work schedule. I'm looking for a guild that does raid in these 2 months so I can have fun and don't waste my free time and It seems like you guys are taking a break. I'm not looking for a 13/13 mythic guild to get boosted. In fact 13/13 is not a requirement for me although it's a plus. I'm looking for a guild that does raid right now. Hope that clears up what I meant ^^
