Currently Distortion again - leaving because there is only 10 active players and they focus on M+ only

I am 31 yo from Slovakia, I am working in banking. I am more of a quiet person but passionate about the game and open to receiving feedback and also giving feedback if I see any option of improvement in terms of tactics or gameplay overall

Class/Spec:

This tier play mostly resto shaman (432 ilvl with 5pc and bis trinkets, currently 8/9 HC with Pug)
Also have decently geared disc priest named Chellypriest 421 ilvl (4pc) 5/9 HC with pug, started gearing him one week into the patch.
 
For shaman my desired stats crit+verse. I also like to go about 18% haste to smooth out the gameplay. Currently I am high on mastery which I want to lower a lot by replacing tier pants
for some with crit/verse when I get them to drop from M+


Alts:

Chellypriest: 421 ilvl disc priest with 4pc 5/9HC
Chellylock: my previous main I used to raid on past tiers 420ilvl demo lock  5/9HC

To tell the truth I am not big into professions.
On my shaman I have engineering for battle ress and alchemy for the Breckenhide dungeon dispel.

Raiding Experience:

BfA:
3/8M Eternal palace (Resto druid) - only started playing WoW and did not know what I was doing. Back then I was playing on CZ/SK server Drakthul
Nyalotha - did not have raiding guild so I only got AoTC on my disc priest (On Drakthul server)

Shadowlands:
3/10M CN (resto shaman) - stopped playing the game after 2 months.
1/10 M Sanctum (Warlock) - this tier I was not member of mythic raiding guild and was also my first patch playing dps
6/11M Sepulcher (Warlock) - My only tier where I was a member of guild who had some Mythic raiding goals. We did about 20 pulls on Mythic Jailer as well but did not manage to get out of P1.

Dragonflight:
1/8M  VoTI  (Warlock) - Was in guild with Hemorroids but the guild did not have mythic raiding ambition and stable 20 man roster.

Previous Guilds:

Shadowlands:
CN tier:  Almagest. I left when I stopped playing the game for the tier.
Sanctum tier: Space Monkey Union. Social guild with no Mythic tier ambition.
Sepulcher tier: Started in guild called Distortion. In few weeks we merged with guild called Evil Muffins to try to get CE.
After the tier we left and formed Distrotion again where I am currently.
The reason I am leaving is because there is only 10 active players in the guild and they focus on M+ only and I prefer raiding over M+.

Availability:

Mostly every day after 5-6pm CET, Weekends available whenever. During the weekday I work from home and you can often find me in game even during working hours.

English is not my native language but it is my working language and I would call myself proficient. i also have working mic.

Since getting new pc I am having no FPS drops in the raids:

Why Iron Edge?

Want to find stable raiding team for expansions to come as I enjoy raiding and progression and want to be surrounded by people with same goal.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

Chill nature, commitment to the game and guild.
My healing style may not be the most common as instead of overhealing for getting good logs I focus on dealing damage when there is nothing to heal and prefer to heal during assigned cooldowns or during the windows where healing is necessary

Where did I hear about Iron Edge?

I heard form Hemorroids he is happy with raiding in the guild so i asked him on how to apply

I used to raid with Chelly in Distortion but yeah, the guild doesn't raid much anymore since officers have different priorities.

I also forgot to mention I enjoy working together with healing team in case of assigning healing cds for raid abilities.

Sorry it took a while to get back to you. We've been mulling it over and while I think you are up to the task, we're not looking for a resto shaman in particular right now.

Of course this can change in the future. Please let me know if you are open to playing a different class/role or if you would like to join the guild as a social instead of a raider.
